A 53-year-old massage therapist is charged with battery, accused of inappropriately touching a woman during services at a Lakeview spa.

An Albany Park woman, 35, told police that Ketan Bhatt touched the side of her breast and rubbed her hand with his erect penis during a massage on September 11.
Bhatt was arrested last Thursday at the salon in the 2800 block of North Broadway.
Records show that Bhatt, of west suburban Bloomingdale, has been a state-licensed massage therapist since last October. He has never been disciplined for professional misconduct, according to the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
He is due back in court on November 21.
