Police are trying to track down the man who exposed himself to a woman as she worked at a West Loop drug store recently.

The woman told police the man stood near her and tugged his shorts while she worked at CVS, 1034 West Lake, around 12:20 p.m. on September 20. When she looked closer, the victim realized that the man’s private part was sticking out of his clothing, too, police said in a community alert.

Police said the suspect is 25- to 35-years-old, 5’5” to 5’7” tall, and 180-185 pounds. He has dreadlocks and wore a hoodie that says “City of Angels” on its back.

CWBChicago was created in 2013 by five residents of Wrigleyville and Boystown who had grown disheartened with inaccurate information that was being provided at local Community Policing (CAPS) meetings. Our coverage area has expanded since then to cover Lincoln Park, River North, The Loop, Uptown, and other North Side Areas. But our mission remains unchanged: To provide original public safety reporting with better context and greater detail than mainstream media outlets. Our editorial email address is news@cwbchicago.com
