The FBI is offering up to $1,000 for information that leads “directly” to the arrest of a Loop bank robber.
According to the agency, the man seen in these surveillance photos entered US Bank, 25 East Washington, at 10:42 a.m. Monday and announced a robbery. He then fled northbound on Wabash Avenue with an undisclosed amount of cash.
He is Black, in his 40’s, and wore a black hat, a white polo shirt, light-colored shorts, and multi-colored athletic shoes, the FBI said. Witnesses said he walked with a limp and was hunched over.
Anyone with information about him can contact the bureau’s Chicago field office at 312-421-6700.
