The FBI is trying to track down a bank robber who got away with about $900 in the Gold Coast on Monday afternoon.
According to the agency, the offender gave a note demanding money to a teller and implied he had a weapon as he robbed the PNC Bank branch at 873 North Rush around 1:16 p.m. He was last seen heading north on Rush Street after the robbery.
The FBI said he is a Black male in his 20s who stands about 6-feet tall. At least one witness thought the man had tattoos on his neck.
