Outrageous: Chicago sex offender, on bail for allegedly groping 4 women since June, molested another woman on Loyola’s Campus this week, prosecutors say.

Prosecutors yesterday charged David Buckner with misdemeanor battery for grabbing and groping an 18-year-old girl on the Loyola University campus in Chicago on Wednesday afternoon.
