Police said three Wisconsin women beat and robbed a Lincoln Park man after he got into their car believing it to be a ride hail service vehicle.

In an email to Eugenie Terrace residents on Monday, management said a “minor” who lived in the building was responsible for a recent series of arson fires in the building.

Arson detectives are investigating a pair of suspicious fires discovered in an Old Town high-rise apartment building this month. No injuries or significant damage were reported in either fire.
