Employee who allegedly participated in Walgreens shootout has faced weapons charges 5 times, but only has one conviction: court records

The Walgreens employee Chicago police say shot another man during a dispute inside the company’s Old Town store is a convicted felon who has faced weapons-related charges four times since 2018, most recently on August 31, according to court records. In all but one case, he was either found not guilty, or prosecutors dropped the charges.
