MONDAY MISHMASH: Miscellany and Misdemeanors

Here are a few odds and ends from Monday, July 29, 2013: 2:01AM 911 operators received several calls from people reporting a large crowd blocking traffic in the street at Clark and Addison. Within a minute, the callers were reporting fights in the street at that location and one block south at Clark and Eddy.

The 19th district ran out of officers to handle calls this morning. A couple of units popped back into service during the shortage and were quickly assigned priority calls.
