Chicago Police Department Case #VICTIM DECLINED
A victim called 911 to report that his wallet was stolen in a strong arm robbery at Halsted and Roscoe Street. The hoodlum, described as a male, black, 24 years old, 5’7″ tall, 140 pounds, wearing a dark shirt, blue jeans and carrying a black umbrella was last seen eastbound on Buckingham Place. Officers drove the intoxicated victim around the neighborhood in an effort to find the offender, however, their efforts were cut short when the victim decided to give up…and not even file a police report.
