Two women had their phones stolen from an apartment at 865 W. Buckingham near Clark Street. The two offenders, described as male, black, and in their 20’s, were last seen “running fast” toward Halsted Street. One offender wore a white tank top, the other wore a dark shirt. The crime were classified by police as larceny over $500.
