2:22PM: A fire broke out on the upper floors of a wooden deck behind 3723 N. Wilton, about a block northeast of Wrigley Field. Fire Department personnel successfully contained the fire to the deck structure. No injuries.

5:32AM: A caller reports a male, white, wearing multicolor shorts and no shirt, is “pacing back and forth, talking to himself, acting crazy” at Halsted and Cornelia.
5:57AM: A male, white, wearing rainbow shorts, no shirt, and no shoes, is rambling to himself at Halsted and Roscoe. The caller thinks the man is “confused.”
6:55: A male, white is at Roscoe and Broadway, acting crazy and throwing trash into the street. This time, the man was transported to Illinois Masonic Medical Center for a psychiatric evaluation under case HW379505.
