HALSTED VICTIM: He Beat Me Up, But Didn't Take Anything

Around 1:45 this morning, a man told officers that he had been beaten in the area of Halsted and Roscoe Streets, but none of his valuables were taken.

The man who beat the victim, described as a male, black, 18 to 20 years of age, about 5’9″ tall, 180 pounds, with short hair, wearing a red shirt, was in the company of three other black males.
