Police and fire personnel responded to a reported dumpster fire near Fullerton and Halsted around 1:10 this morning. Minutes later, DePaul summoned cops to the 1000 block of Fullerton where public safety officers had detained a man who they suspected of setting a magazine ablaze in the university’s theater school Thursday morning.
Police took the suspect into custody for investigation.
