An enormous police presence did not dissuade two criminals from attacking and robbing a man as the Cubs played the Mets less than three blocks away last night.
A passer-by came upon the victim near Waveland and Wayne shortly before 10PM and called for police.
The suspects are described as two males ages 18 or younger. One was Hispanic and the other was black with an Afro. They were last seen running eastbound on Waveland Avenue with the man’s wallet.
