The good news is that two juvenile robbery offenders were arrested after mugging a woman late last night near the Southport Corridor. (Full info HERE.)
The bad news is that two more women were robbed in the hours after the arrests—one in Wrigleyville and the other near the Diversey Brown Line station.

Here’s what we know:
Around 1:40 a.m. two men and a woman armed with a handgun robbed a woman near Agassiz Elementary School in the 2800 block of North Seminary. The offenders then fled southbound toward Diversey, police said.
The robbers are described as two young black men and a black woman who wore a camouflage sweatsuit.

About an hour later, another woman was attacked and robbed near Wrigley Field. A witness reported seeing two men attack the woman near Addison and Sheffield before running away at 2:45 a.m.
The offenders took the woman’s purse, wallet, and shoes, police said.
Both robbers are black men in their late teens or early 20’s. One has white hair and stands about 5’7” tall. The other is about 6-feet tall and wore a blue shirt.
The Wrigleyville victim was treated and released from Thorek Hospital.
