Police are looking for the man who sexually assaulted and robbed a woman Thursday morning aboard a CTA Red Line train.

Detectives released CTA surveillance images that show the man, including one in which the victim appears to have her hand around the offender’s throat.

Police said the 24-year-old victim was riding a northbound train towards Morse when the man began exposing his genitals around 9:57 a.m. The woman moved to a different car in an effort to get away from the man.

But, the offender followed the woman, struck her several times, touched her inappropriately, and then forced her to perform a sex act against her will, police said.
