Loop: Even MORE looting videos released by CPD

Chicago police have received over 400 tips from people who’ve seen videos of looters who ripped Chicago’s retail corridors early on August 10, CPD Supt. David Brown said Tuesday. Investigators have made more than 70 felony arrests and seized 26 vehicles connected with the crime wave, he said.

Meanwhile, members of the department’s Looting Task Force continue to piece together video composites of offenders that police are trying to track down. Images of more than 1,200 suspects have been released to the public over the past seven weeks.

Here are six newly-released videos of looting suspects at work in the Loop.

Anyone with information about the individuals seen in these clips can contact the Area Three Looting Task Force at 312-744-8263 or at 630LootingTaskForce@chicagopolice.org. They can also submit an anonymous tip at www.CPDTIP.com.
