A Metra conductor was robbed at gunpoint by a passenger when their train arrived at the Van Buren Street Station in Grant Park on Tuesday afternoon, the transit agency said.

He took the conductor’s cash and then fled into the station, 132 East Van Buren.
Metra released high-quality surveillance photos of the suspect. In one image, the robber is seen tucking a firearm into his waistband as the conductor stands with his hands raised in the background. The robber stares directly into a camera lens for the second photo.
