Cops looking for man who robbed woman at Clark-Lake Blue Line

Chicago police are asking for help as they try to locate the man who robbed a woman at the Clark-Lake Blue Line station Sunday morning. CPD released this surveillance image of the man on Wednesday afternoon.

They said he grabbed the woman’s purse from her shoulder on the Blue Line platform and then wrestled with her for control of the bag around 5:50 a.m. He eventually overpowered the woman and took the purse, police said.

He is 18- to 25-years-old and 5’10” to 6-feet tall, the police bulletin said.
