The FBI is offering up to $1,000 for information “leading directly to the arrest and conviction” of the man who robbed a Loop bank this week.

He walked into U.S. Bank, 25 East Washington, at 11:23 a.m. Monday and announced the robbery in a note that he handed to a teller, according to information from the FBI and a CPD report. The man also acted like he had a gun, but nobody saw a weapon, the report said.
Anyone with information about who has information about the robber can call the FBI’s Chicago field office at 312-421-6700.
