The offender walked into the store, but was quickly recognized by the owner from a previous incident, police said. So, the owner asked him to leave.

Instead, the robber pulled out an electric stun gun and repeatedly zapped the businessman, a CPD spokesperson said.

Officers at the scene said the offender took wigs from the store and headed north on Milwaukee Avenue.

They said he is a very heavy Hispanic man who is in his 30s. He wore a durag, black shirt, blue jeans, and sandals, and carried a black bag.
