CPD looking for man who robbed CTA passenger in River North

Chicago police are asking the public to help them track down the man who robbed a CTA passenger at the Grand Red Line station.

Officials said a 19-year-old man was on the platform when the man seen in the picture below approached him around 4:52 a.m. on February 19. The robber indicated that he had a gun, then took the man’s property and fled the scene.

After the robbery, the victim sought help from CTA workers at the State-Lake station, one stop south of Grand.
