Chicago — Twin brothers are among three people hospitalized after suffering stab wounds during a fight in a River North nightlife district early Saturday. Chicago police have not announced any arrests in the case.

The 23-year-old twins were leaving a building in the 100 block of West Kinzie when they got into a fight with three offenders around 2 a.m., police said. All three offenders fled the scene, and the brothers transported themselves to the University of Illinois Hospital.

One brother, who suffered stab wounds to his chest, side, back, and face, was transferred to Stroger Hospital for treatment. The other brother was in good condition with stab wounds in his back and right hand.

Later Saturday morning, another man walked into Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge for treatment of a minor stab wound. Police determined that his injuries were suffered during the River North incident.
