CHICAGO — An 18-year-old man is recovering after someone shot him as he sat in his car in Logan Square last night, Chicago police said.
He was sitting in his Chevy Malibu in the 2100 block of North St. Louis when a white Jeep pulled up next to him around 10:50 p.m. Someone inside the Jeep started shooting at him, striking him in the left jaw, according to CPD.
The Jeep, which was white and had a sunroof, sped away. One witness described the shooter as a Black male wearing a black mask.
Police said the victim is in good condition at Stroger Hospital.
