The feds say he moved north of the river for his fourth attempt, which occurred at Citibank, 539 North Michigan, around 10:10 a.m. Friday. He displayed a gun and demanded cash from a teller, according to an FBI media alert.
He did not make any money during his first three robbery attempts, which occurred at Citibank, 100 South Michigan, around 3:30 p.m. on September 19 and at Citibank’s 180 North Michigan location at 3:35 p.m. on October 11 and 2:50 p.m. on November 7.
