CHICAGO — Four men attacked and robbed two women in a pedway connecting Blue Line and Red Line trains in the Loop, Chicago police say. CPD released surveillance images of the suspects on Saturday, showing one smiling broadly and another seemingly raising his drink in a toast.

The men approached the women in the Jackson pedway around 10:15 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24, and the women tried to walk around them, police said. But a “physical altercation ensued,” and the men ripped a purse away from one of the victims, according to CPD. When she tried to get her purse back, at least one of the men punched her and threw her into a wall.
