Cook County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information that solves the murder of a man near the future site of Bally’s casino in River West.
Around 12:46 a.m. on September 8, 2024, Chicago police responded to reports of gunfire in the 700 block of North Halsted Street, just a few yards from the casino construction site.
