A 3-year-old girl reported that the man pulled her into a restroom stall at the restaurant and then touched her inappropriately, according to the CPD report.

Police encouraged adults to remain aware of their child’s surroundings and to never leave their kids alone in public places. Trusted adults should accompany young children into public restrooms, detectives advised in Tuesday’s bulletin.

Anyone with information about the man can contact CPD’s special investigations detectives at 312-492-3810.
