Police caught up with 65-year-old Louis Moneyham on the 1300 block of West Estes in Rogers Park last Thursday.

During a bond hearing, prosecutors said Moneyham broke into apartment buildings with a screwdriver and took parcels at least 15 times, beginning in October and continuing until he was caught last week. Moneyham has been identified on surveillance videos from every break-in, according to prosecutors.

He allegedly admitted to police that he used a screwdriver to access buildings and then took packages so he could sell the contents.

Judge David Navarro set bail at $5,000. Moneyham went home after posting a $500 deposit bond.
