Customs inspectors at O’Hare allegedly found 31 pounds of cocaine hidden in a woman’s electric wheelchair seat when she arrived on a flight from Brazil over the weekend. The same woman was convicted of smuggling about 6 pounds of cocaine on an international flight into JFK airport in NYC four years ago.
