Officers arrested “bucket boy” Jordan Moore as he banged his drum in the Loop after they recognized him as the man who stole an unattended Salvation Army kettle in the Loop this week, police said.

The FBI now says a man was also involved in the Nov. 22 robbery of Fifth Third Bank, 57 East Randolph, in the Loop. The couple fled into the pedway system and eventually took a taxi to Englewood, the FBI says.
